Nikon Nikkor Wide-angle f=24mm Comparison
This comparison only tests center sharpness & contrast. At this focal length these lenses perform very well.

These had to be handheld because there is no way to turn off VR on the Nikon D7100. All lenses perform very, very well. Optically, the AF-P lens is not really an improvement over the AF-S DX 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6 G VR lens.
